歡迎使用「淡海輕軌通」（以下稱「本應用程式」）。本應用程式致力於為搭乘淡海輕軌的居民與旅客提供便捷的即時發車、路線地圖與周邊導覽資訊。我們非常重視您的個人隱私權，因此遵循「最小化資料處理」原則，確保您在使用本服務時享有最高的隱私保障。
1. 個人識別資訊之收集與處理
本應用程式完全不收集、不儲存、亦不傳輸任何可識別個人身分之資料（例如您的姓名、電話號碼、電子郵件地址、通訊錄、相簿內容或裝置唯一識別碼）。您無須建立帳號或進行任何登入流程即可使用完整功能。
2. 地理位置資訊 (Location Data)
本應用程式不會要求或存取您的行動裝置 GPS 定位權限，亦絕無背景位置追蹤功能。全線車站的即時班次查詢、路線地圖預覽或常用車站設定，均完全由您在螢幕上手動點選完成。
3. 本機端設定資料儲存 (Local Storage)
為了提供流暢便利的使用體驗，本應用程式僅會於您的裝置內部本機儲存空間（AsyncStorage）保存個人偏好設定：
- 偏好介面外觀（跟隨系統預設 / 淺色模式 / 深色模式）
- 多國語系設定（正體中文 / English / 日本語 / 한국어）
- 常用車站與行車方向（連動首頁即時看板與桌面小工具 Widget）
- 預設開啟畫面（即時動態或路線地圖）
上述資料僅留存於您的裝置內，絕不會上傳或同步至任何外部雲端資料庫。
4. 網路資料通訊與公開交通 API
本應用程式透過業界標準加密通訊協定（HTTPS）向公開交通資訊 API（如新北大眾捷運開放即時資料或邊緣快取服務）取得淡海輕軌各站即時發車與到站預估時刻。在通訊過程中，伺服器僅處理公開班次數據，絕不附加任何個人身分資料。
5. 廣告與第三方追蹤服務
本應用程式為乾淨的純淨輔助工具：
- 無任何商業廣告或廣告追蹤 SDK（如 Google AdMob 等）
- 無使用者行為分析或行銷埋點 SDK（如 Facebook Pixel、Firebase Analytics 等）
- 絕不向任何數據經紀商或第三方廣告商分享、販售或揭露使用者資訊。
6. 外部超連結與第三方網站
本應用程式可能包含前往「新北大眾捷運官方網站」或「Google 地圖」之外部連結。當您點擊該連結時，將開啟外部瀏覽器並受該第三方網站各自之隱私權政策約束，本政策不適用於外部站點。
7. 政策修訂與聯絡方式

Welcome to Danhai LRT Info ("the App"). We are committed to providing Danhai Light Rail commuters and travelers with seamless real-time arrivals, interactive transit maps, and station information. Protecting your privacy is paramount to us. We adhere to strict data minimization principles, ensuring complete privacy when using our services.
1. Personal Information Collection
The App does NOT collect, store, transmit, or share any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or hardware device identifiers). No user registration or account creation is required.
2. Geolocation and Tracking
The App does NOT request, access, or track your GPS or background location. Station arrivals, route maps, and favorites are navigated manually by you on the interface without relying on device location sensors.
3. Local Storage on Device
To improve user experience, the App stores non-sensitive user preferences strictly on your local device storage (AsyncStorage):
- Appearance Theme (System Default / Light Mode / Dark Mode)
- App Language (Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean)
- Favorite Station & Direction (Linked to Home Screen & Widgets)
- Default Launch Screen (Live Arrivals or Route Map)
This preference data remains exclusively on your device and is never uploaded or synchronized to remote servers.
4. Network & Transit APIs
The App communicates with public transit APIs (such as New Taipei Metro open data feeds or Cloudflare edge cache proxies) via secure HTTPS to fetch live train arrival times and schedules. No personal identifiers are transmitted during these requests.
5. Advertising & Analytics
The App is completely ad-free and tracking-free:
- No advertising SDKs (e.g., Google AdMob)
- No behavioral analytics or tracking SDKs (e.g., Firebase Analytics, Facebook SDK)
- We never sell, rent, or share any information with third-party advertisers.
6. External Links
The App may contain external links to the New Taipei Metro official website or Google Maps. Clicking these links opens your default web browser, and your interactions on those platforms are governed by their respective privacy policies.
